Most of china is still raider filled wasteland with isolated settlements around but a few nation has arose from the ashes. Just for fun, as i love doing this, here is how i would do a 200 years post-war China. Post-war-I see it like Akavir, a completely new set of rules and people. Pre-war-i would think they would be based off of the 50s US view of communism with retro-future tech. Not really full-on Blade Runner, and maybe with a little '50s flavor thrown into the mix, but cyberpunk nonetheless. Looking at all this equipment, as well as the Chinese submarine seen in Fallout 4 concept art, I think that China may have looked somewhat cyberpunk before the war. This may be an American interpretation of what their propaganda would look like, rather than authentic Chinese propaganda, but it is something to note.

However, Chinese propaganda shown in the simulation heavily resembles older communist Chinese propoganda. Most of this equipment does not fit what we might think of as a '50s aesthetic. Chinese aircraft, uniforms and weapons seen in the simulation can all be assumed to be accurate. The simulation is inaccurate in some respects, but it can be assumed that it provides an accurate representation of the Chinese military. Much of what we see of China comes from the simulation in Operation: Anchorage. We don't have much information on China's culture beside the fact that it was a communist country, but we do see many pieces of Chinese technology, as well as some of their uniforms and propaganda. The easiest answer, of course, would be to look at the culture of China in the '50s, but this assumes that China's culture, like America's, was frozen in or reverted back to the style of the '50s. I'm not saying it could (or necessarily should) happen, but what would a post-apocalyptic Beijing or Shanghai look like?
